First responder service suspended
As of Jan. 11, the Watch Lake-North Green Lake Volunteer Fire Department (WLNGLVFD) suspended its first responder medical aid service for an indefinite period of time.
“We have an excellent number of firefighters on our roster and fire response will not be affected, but we do not have enough trained first responders to be able to continue that service,” says fire chief Andy Palaniak.
